- Download & unzip the OPPO Qualcomm Tool V1.3
- Disable Windows Defender or any other windows Antivirus software
- Run starttool.exe as Admin
- Now the tool options you can use in the tool
- Factory Reset
- User lock
- FRP
- Pattern/PIN/Facelock
